Module 2 Grades & Module 3

I'll be working on finalizing M2 grades over the next week or so. There are some temporary grades up at the moment, but they won't be final until I make an announcement, so please don't take them as they are quite yet. Just FYI, you still have until tomorrow to post for M2 if you'd like some more points. :)

Module 3 is about to start and we are now six weeks from the end of the course. I should have M3 up by tomorrow or Monday at the latest. There are lots of things to do in the last six weeks, but by now most of you should be beginning implementation of your projects and planning for your professional interviews.

The biggest assignment of M3 is your change project and paper, of course. I would strongly encourage those of you who would like a good grade on this assignment to post a draft for feedback and to work with Jennifer or Linda to make sure that you've met all the requirements of the project and the paper. I'm a wee bit worried that some of you may be ignoring theory in your implementation of the change project, planning to add it later on after you're finished. That's not what theory is for... the idea is to use the theory to guide your implementation. It's quite useful, and tend to make things both easier and of higher quality in the long run.

Have a good end of the semester. We're in the home stretch now - I can already hear the jingling bells!
